• Automatic Savings
  Saving money just got easier. Sign up for Automatic Savings, and you may find that you save more!  BankEast will transfer funds from your BankEast checking account to your BankEast savings or money market at no charge. Just tell us how much and how often, then watch your savings grow!
  
  
• Lost ATM or Check Cards
  Lost your BankEast ATM or check card? Call us at 865-540-5800, Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00. Or call toll free, 1-866-394-4131 anytime, day or night, and select Option 2. By immediately reporting your card lost or stolen, you’re protected from fraud and unauthorized purchases.
  
  
• Safe Deposit Boxes
  Safe deposit boxes provide a safe, convenient, and economical way to protect your valuables from fire, theft, or loss.  Boxes are available at all BankEast offices and come in a variety of sizes to suit both individual and business needs.
  
  
• Wire Transfers
  Wire transfer is the fastest method of moving guaranteed funds. It's a safe, effective tool for personal use in case of emergency or for business customers who routinely make transfers between banks.
  
  
• Direct Deposit
  Receive your money the same day you're paid! With direct deposit, you can receive dividends, Social Security, and other government payments automatically each month. Direct deposit provides a fast, safe way to receive your recurring deposits. Many companies also provide direct deposit of payroll for their employees.
  
  
• Overdraft Protection
  Stop worrying about costly and embarrassing bounced checks and protect your credit by applying for CheckLine, BankEast’s overdraft line of credit. CheckLine links to your checking account and automatically covers checks that come in for payment, up to the credit limit.   Traveler’s checks provide a means to carry funds safely while traveling. BankEast offers American Express traveler’s checks as a safe alternative to cash. Many people prefer traveler’s checks because of the replacement feature. If your traveler’s checks are lost or stolen, the checks can be replaced at no charge to you. (Be sure to retain your purchase documents with the check numbers separate from your checks so you will have a record of the numbers.)

  Notary service is available at all BankEast locations as a complimentary service for our customers.
  
  
• Night Deposit
  Night Deposit services are available at all BankEast locations for individuals and businesses that need a secure depository after normal banking hours. Each branch is equipped with a secure night deposit vault with both an envelope slot and a key accessed drawer for larger deposit bags. Any BankEast customer may use night deposit services.
  
  
• Check Image Copies
  Forget to enter a deposit in your check register? Need a copy of a paid check? Online access to images of your paid checks and deposit slips for the most recent statement cycles is available through BankEast Online at no charge. You can view, print, or download the front and back of your checks and deposit slips for the current and previous statement cycle by accessing your accounts online.
  
  
• Telephone Banking
  Get automated account balances, transaction information, transfer funds between accounts and more, anytime that it is convenient for you.
