Open an Account Online

Opening an account online is fast, simple, and safe at BankEast. Just follow the steps outlined below…

Step 1: Before you begin, please collect the following information and have it available during the process:

• Social Security Number
• Driver's license number with issue and expiration date, Passport, State Issued ID, or Military ID
• Date of Birth
• Current home address
• Current email address
• Current bank account number or check to mail in for account funding

If you are applying for a joint account, each signer on the account should have the same information available.

Step 2: Select the type of account you wish to open from the list below, then complete the requested information on our secure server:

Personal Checking, Savings or Money Market Account
Personal Certificate of Deposit

Step 3: That's all there is to it!  We will contact you within one business day after we receive your account application.


Opening a Business Account Online
BankEast does not offer online account opening for Business or Non-Personal accounts at this time.  To speak with a BankEast representative about opening these types of accounts, please check our locations, then call or stop by the BankEast office nearest you.
