BankEast is committed to being a good corporate citizen and a leader in serving the needs of our communities, including low and moderate income individuals and neighborhoods, through our products and services, the investment of our company’s resources and the personal involvement of our employees.

BankEast’s communities, or assessment areas, currently include Knox, Blount, Sevier, Jackson, Clay, and Putnam Counties, as well as portions of Anderson and Loudon Counties. BankEast’s goal is to understand and meet the credit needs of our communities while maintaining sound non-discriminatory standards.

BankEast further believes that service to our communities does not end with the lending function. BankEast employees are members of many civic organizations and are active in school and community functions.
